The FileMind beta setup currently also installs a nifty little tool, called MMFAnalyzer.
Our Wiki has an intro video under http://metability.editme.com/mmf-analyzer to get you started quickly, as well as information on how to tweak its settings. We use MMFAnalyzer internally for product development, and its very helpful with its deep insights. Also, it allows significantly more editing and adding of metadata items (compared to the current beta 0.6 of FileMind).
There is a good chance this tool will not be included in the final version of FileMind, so try it out now!
